I can assure you that if you'd ever seen Sweder shuffling around a golf course after a night on €9.50 a pint Guinnness, 'handsome' is the last word that would spring to mind.

Hi everyone hopefully i now have a face. Just back from Berlin had a fair run going well till 30k and then same old problem my legs went on strike. Finished in 3:31. Loved the City the people and the after race beer but not necessarily in that order.I will be at the marina @ 9 on Sunday.

On the Downland 10 I may well wimp out. Recent exersions suggest I may be pushing my luck considerably, not to mention pushing my girth up that blasted hill between miles 7 and 9 . . . :o
