I love the pictures Sweder, it makes me feel so nostalgic, was bought up in Sussex - Brighton and then Steyning (just below Chanctonbury Ring) so it is wonderful to see some gentle downland hills.

Hi SW. It certainly is God's Country - I guess it all is really, even the cr*ppy bits. The back is on the mend, the hamstring is resting quietly. I'm planning a wee 5 miler tomorrow to make sure it all still works before Reading on Sunday. Thanks for the best wishes, it all helps
