I'm reasonably keen to explore the world of the gymnasium.
Kader the Merciless operates out of a modest facility. You can just make out instruments of torture in the murky workout chamber behind the 'interview room'. Had I tales to tell I'm afraid one serious tour of that place would have me singing like a canary. But . . .

But. There must be benefits to be had. Moyleman does some gym work to improve upper body strength. I didn't pay this much heed until recently, when on my long runs I noticed fatigue in my shoulders and arms. All that pulling on invisible ropes I shouldn't wonder.

I'll be keeping an interested eye on developments.
