Reading Half date change: bad news for some - El Gordo - 11-10-2005
The Reading Half has suddenly jumped from March 5 to April 9 2006.
Will be bad news for many April marathon runners planning on using Reading as part of their training schedule. Haven't yet decided what I'm going for in the spring but Reading doesn't look too likely for me now.

Depends if I enter Paris as to wether Readings' possible or not.
I really wanted to get around there again following my hamstrung effort this year. The thoughtless swine . . .

Yeah, I'm disappointed as well. I haven't completely discounted Reading but it does mess up things a bit. I'll have to wait and see how things develop over the winter and spring as to whether I do a marathon, and which one.
