Entries open mid-Feb, the site is very vague at the moment. The easiest way in is to have a qualifying time, the rest of us will have to apply via the ballot or pay over the odds for a package deal.
Entry via a package will cost around $500-$550, with flights before accommodation you would be looking around £800.
