How far and how long? - Antonio247 - 02-01-2005

How many kilometres/miles have you run this year?

I´ve done about 1211 kms/ 756 miles in 147 days. In all, 8557 minutes.

I´ve also ridden on bicycle around 1000 kms/ 625 miles.

I´d like to have been running more but lack of time and little injuries have prevented me from it.

Best wishes

Antonio

Sorry, I meant last year. Neither have I. I can´t go for a run since I have some discomfort in my low back again after New Year´s eve race.

Yeah I know Antonio, sorry I was just being facetious.

The truth is that I don't know as I only bought a GPS jobbie mid-way through the year. I do intend to be a bit more organised this year though, and as a start I think it's good to have the training goal of the Almeria 1/2 at the end of Jan.

Happy new year to you from sunny Sussex.

1121 Kms for me. More exciting stats later....

Love the nail varnish Big Fella. Is that Midnight Blue or the Max Factor New York Bruise? Most stylish and to be envied. How about a 'best war wound' thread a la drinking scene from Jaws?

Happy New Year y'all. Happy bunny back in training!!!

Just added up my miles (km.) - comes to 1533 km., which is more than I thought it would be.

Happy New Year to you all and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you for our run in Spain. I'll probably die with the heat as I'm used to running in the cold. Even +5 will seem balmy to me - not that I'm complaining!

It´s great to hear from you, Suzie. The temperatures here rarely go down 8º Celsius at night. At daytime, they are usually around 12- 18 in January.
