Frozen track - Gillybean831 - 06-01-2009 No track this eve due to the wrong type of ice Well peeeed off as was lookin forwards to the hot choc after:p Will have to settle for a Baileys at home. GB Frozen track - ladyrunner - 06-01-2009 Hiya Gillybean Yes it was a shame about the track being closed. I ran with Stevio and Jen from Patcham. We jogged down to the track car park to see if anyone had turned up, but no takers, then carried on up through the back of Withdean/Westdene as a long warm up for our 10 x 40 seconds hill sprints up Brangwyn Crescent . It was a good hard session but low impact. Definately got the lungs and arms working. Followed by a warm-down jog home. Maybe join us next week if it's the wrong type of ice again!?? Julie Frozen track - steepler - 08-01-2009 Two weeks in a row now! Hopefully it will be open next Tuesday! |
