Hi Andy. How do I register/ send in my avatar (photo/ whatever)?
I'm sure it's in here somewhere but I am a technological neanderthal so
thought it easier to ask direct . . . cheers

Welcome a board Rolleyes

Andy will eventually get around to uploading your avatar, he's only taken about 3 months to get Griff's sorted!

Actually, to my shame, I've not sorted Griff out yet.

Sweder, welcome.

First of all, try going to your profile by clicking "User CP" at the top of the screen (CP = control panel), and find Edit Avatar dowh the left.

You should see a section on the bottom half of the dialog called Custom Avatar where you can upload somthing. But Griff can't see this bit.

Let me know if you can't either.

Cheers

Andy

Hey, found it. This is an excellent feature.
I've tried a few images, but settled currently for the image of my first pair of runners. Come, smell the glory!

Interesting linguistic issue here. Runners. I've only heard Irish people (like my brother-in-law and a chap on another forum) call trainers "runners".
Well, I think that's interesting anyway....

Carefully selected word; the boots are the only part of me you would naturally associate with running on first sight. Or second sight come to that.
Begorrah. Mines' a Guinness (big clue there)
