Hello All,
hope your trainings going well, and those of you who have run (esp. London (nice weather for the time of year!)) enjoyed it and fully recovered. I haven't been here for quite some time due to work but have a bit of a backlog to get through!
However I have got a question, does anyone use an SDM (I know you use that Garmin device, Andy) and what do you think about using it. I'm mulling it over in my head to get one but.....will it be useful or is it just a toy. Any thoughts?
Anyway back to the reading....
