Andy,

Good luck with your race in the arctic north this weekend!

Yes! best of luck. Can't wait to hear the report!

Welcome to our small but beautifully formed running community, FJS.

I made it to the race, but not to the start line, as described in the Feb 29 entry. Still managed an interesting run though. It's always good to run in an unfamiliar environment.

Good to hear from you too, Shelagh. The weather here has been positively Canadian recently. (The cold bit of Canada, that is.)

Cheers

Andy

Good luck at Silverstone, Andy. A fine performance is assured, if only you can avoid spinning off into the gravel.

Look out for those snakeskin shorts ahead of you, man. Totally awesome dudes, you rock. Or words to that effect.

Sorry - my more recent exposure to the Socal (Southern Califormia) dialect is limited to the screenplay of Finding Nemo, so it peters out around here.

That's er, that's a terrible shame Nigel...

Never mind Nigel, just keep watching re-runs of Eastenders... or is the cure worse than the disease in this instance?

Hmm, you might want to get a second opinion.

MLC Man.
