Might join you to the wire ,i thought about signing up for next years London to Brighton race and within 2 minutes my left knee started giving me grief.Looking forward to Sunday already.

Not sure i should be talking to someone with only 2 stars but my knee is a bit dodgy so i think i'll decide at Saltdean how far i go.

You missed a great run Andy, a tad under 18 miles. As originally discussed a group consisting of any one that fancies it including myself are running the js20 like a normal Sunday run.

Last night night at the track Lycra Tony kept asking (what's my number) , today through the post came my number for the J S J ! 118. I think a hair cut is due, or maybe i should go with the flow , either way it promises to be a great day where i and many more will be thinking of Chris as this was one of his favourite races.
