Here's a little example of Balinese/Polynesian punk bagpipe culture in Australia that for some reason I thought might appeal to RCers... the flame throwing bagpipes are a nice touch.

Interesting video, but I worry about the thread title.
Not too sure whether the mods here will allow the words "Oz" and "Culture" in the same heading, even if you have made an attempt to disguise it.

Clearly acceptable in reference to the ground-breaking, LSD-inspired Judy Garland vehicle of that name. Any other connotation would, I agree, be cause for serious concern.
