Not sure if this film has done the rounds here yet. I liked the way he acknowledged that getting to know your back-garden, so-to-speak, can be just as, or even more, satisfying than travelling the world. And it's pretty stunning to watch.

I agree with Askwith, this is an evolved level of running.
I can't wait to be back exploring my 'back garden' in more detail.
