November - Sweder - 10-11-2017

Missed out October because basically I was ill and in Peru (Lima, lovely people, foul pollution)

Went for a first run in over a month on Monday.
It was OK. Nice sunrise, dogs enjoyed it.

Been ill since (chest/ snot). Hope to run again next week
That was worth waiting for, eh? Heh heh

RE: November - Charliecat5 - 10-11-2017

Let me be the first to hijack your brand new thread.  I feel bad about this, given the brilliance of the writing and the eloquence of prose about your running antics and travels to far flung places.

Over the last three weeks I haven't run once.  Lurgy and work have kept the wolves the wrong side of the door.  However, in the last 24 hours I have run twice.  Last night a short three mile gallop around town, and at lunch time today I joined Radar for a 5.5 mile romp up the Downs.

The upshot of both outings has been to highlight how run down I've been in recent weeks.  No lungs. No energy. Tanker loads of snot.

I'll see you at the Twitters on Sunday then?
