After a week of solid piggery and zero running I will endeavour to haul myself over there. The lo-loader is booked, just need to confirm the crane at the other end :o
If you lot are on some maniacal speed-quest I may have to settle for a sedate plod to the Wire and back.

Will you be doing the double this weekend?? Hove Park 5k Sat & Training Run Sunday??
My 5k time is coming down slowly. Had 4 second improvement last week down to 22:38 now.
I'll bring some coffee tokens for afterwards!!

Much as I'd like to watch you hammer my PB on Saturday I'm going to be spending some quality time with my loved ones - two and four-legged - which may include the gentlest of lopes on the downs. Good luck tomorrow and see you on Sunday.

Sorry, won't make it tomorrow; Pheebs has a big dance comp in Burger's Hole and I've not seen her compete for ages. OK, and I'm shattered after a tough week of long days and late nights in Amsterdam. I'll be out next Sunday before I head off again - LA for a couple of days. Sounds so glam eh?
I'm dreading it.
