Sunday Runs through the summer - gary c - 18-04-2008

Hi allJog Shop Joggers
For those of us foolish enough to be doing an autumn marathon training on a Sunday morning @the Marina is a matter of compulsion rather than choice.

I am going to put together a list of races so that we can maintain a reasonable level of fitness and form as well as providing the motivation to keep on training despite the temptations of lazy Sunday afternoons.

Could anybody interested in these training sessions and or races put something on the blog so that we can maintain JSJ training and races

I'm heading for a very leisurely Snake (12.8) on Sunday - 9am kick off above the Marina. All are welcome. Oh, and I've been persuaded to enter the Three Forts Half on may 5th, so you can add that one to the list. It'll be a training run for the Brussels 20k but it's a tough, hilly course so should be an enjoyable outing.
