A good gaggle of JSJer's has been turning up @ the Marina for the 9am start.
We currently have either the wire & back - 8miles, a shade over the hour.
Or the other extreme for that Autumn marathon looming or Jog Shop Jog - 15 to 19 miles, covering most of the (in)famous route. 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
