No, it's not about the siblings of Snow White's mates.
It's 9 miles, starting from the car park at Birling Gap. As I said in a previous post, it goes along the eponymous sis's, up the Cuckmere to Exceat, along to East Dean and back to Birling Gap.
Anyone interested? I'd suggest 9am start from the car park, but if anyone has any other suggestions for either route or time...

Not sure I won't slow you down with all the extra lardage and lack of recent long runs, but I'll give it my best shot. Hopefully some of the whippets will sign up to keep you company at the sharp end

I'm in, if I can persuade soft Al. Sounds a bit short, but I could probably do with a restful weekend recovery run.
More than likely try and tag along with Ash.

Having spent all day erecting a shed with soft Al, I'm gonna opt for a run with him and the girlies tomorrow - want to run the course next time though.
