OK then . . . what time we congregatin' on the playing fields of Seaford? And do we reckon we can ease an early pint or two out of that nice publican on the corner?

Just seen the forecast . . . Eek
No warm up required . . . Sad

There's a team from East Grinstead LA Fitness coming down . . . they were yacking about it in't gym this afternoon. I cheerily chipped in with a description of the first four miles at which point several of them went very quiet and slunk off into the showers. Funny lot.

What a perfect day for a very picturesque run along the Cuckmere. The hardest part watching those not abstaining from the black stuff quaff their Guinness whilst I sipped water and lime cordial. Well at least I didn't have to pay for it. Thanks Ash.
