10.30am - £8 affiliated entry on the day
Scenic course along riverbank and disused railway.

I turned up at the marina last Sunday - 8.40 - thought I'd better hang around so did a couple of hill reps up and down zig zag to the marina - to keep warm - this hot weather has turned me into an awful tart - at 9.05 decided to take it to the wire and home - a good 21 miles but not the same without the company!
Looking fwd to Henfield on Sunday - hopefully see you guys there - hope it's cooler than last years - it was a scorcher - did a 10 miler out and back along the river tonight ,to practice those stiles - don't think it's helped much though still half fall over everytime- have any of you run this one before ?

It is a very pretty course, mostly along a disused railway line and the river bank, but the end is really quite tough around some fields, and there are loads of stiles throughout.
Can I cadge a lift off someone?
