A different route chaps ? Running from Hove Park @9pm(meet at the cafe by the tennis courts) There are various couses and we can decide on a distance on the day.How about it ?

I'll be having a break this week. One, my ankles still sore and two, it's my girlfriends birthday, so i'll be imbibing and it will probably be a late one.
