Cheers, BB! Regrettably much the same here - been fighting off lurgis for the last 3 weeks and snowed under with work etc. Oh well, such is life!

Dearth of running here too I'm afraid : (
Managed a gorgeous frosty outing yesterday, pure running gold. Took the vibrams out for a spin (yes I'm leafing through Born to Run again) - felt wonderful on the crisp yet yielding sod.

Hmm, should write that up ...

Belated Happy Birthday MLCM - hope you had a good one, is it one of the numbers that puts you into another age category? They are worth having for the first year anyway :-)

Bit of running going on here, but not interesting enough to write about, although Mr SW came out for a short schlep round the block with me last night, first time in months, he was suffering!!! and that's despite going to the gym for classes at least 3 times a week. There is nothing quite like running.

Cheers sw - indeed it's true you only get fit for running by running. All other forms of fitness can't prepare you for that gut-skewering, joint-crushing, muscle-tearing activity that we all know and love so well.

And um, no it wasn't quite a big-number birthday, But next year will be!
