I make no apology for re-posting this. Who knows why this article swam into my subconscious this morning. Once it did, however, I felt obliged to share it. It is HST's obituary for Richard Nixon, published in Rolling Stone magazine in 1994. It is one of the keenest, most heart-felt send-offs I've ever read.
