OK, I know it sounds like a terrorist organisation but no, all it means is: Am I buggared?

[Cough] Let me rephrase that. I'm at a low point, and I need to wake up, smell those coffee-scented flowers, recharge my batteries, disentangle my metaphors, and get going again.

Why no posts this week? Pedestrian reason: my laptop is out of commission this week. Hope to be back 'live' tomorrow or Friday.

I met one of the organisers of the Reebok Brighton 10k. It's a serious race, attracting whippets looking for a pb on a very flat course. Still thinking..........

Hi SP. Get your entry in for Brighton. I joined up a week or two ago.

I've been a bit lax recently. A mixture of seasonal-affected-disorder, stress at work, anti-climax after the GNR, and sheer laziness.

I'm back on the road from today though, and everything's going to be wonderful again.
