is this coming Sunday.

I'm still *ahem* resting after running Dublin, but as it's so close, I thought I may wander along and support. Anyone doing this one?

Andy.

Thanks for teh reminder, SP. I'm sure I entered it, though I've not had a number through yet, so will have to check it out. Will confirm later.

SP, my number (906) turned up yesterday, so my hunch about having entered was obviously right.

If you're planning on spectating, let me know and we'll aim to say hello at some point.

Andy, believe me, I did fully intend to go. The thought of you flying by, ears pinned back and arms pumping on the way to a pb, almost has me there.

But, I've just remembered. There's a certain rugby match on........

Yeah, I remembered about that today too. Still, it starts at 9am and the race is at 11, so I think my best plan is to get down to Brighton early, get parked up and find a pub somewhere. I read today that Guinness really is good for you, so a few pints should set me up nicely for the run.

Good luck in the 10K Andy! Look forward to seeing your report. On the other hand, since QPR won 3-0 today, congratulations and I'll understand if your hangover prevents you from running the 10K.

By the way my chocolate bar of preference is a Snickers/Marathon.

Hi All

A very enjoyable day in Brighton, though not fast enough. I'll get round to a report tomorrow; I've just got back and have had too much belated celebratory beer to be too coherent.

Cheers

Searched the organisor's website and they haven't uploaded the results yet!

The comments seemed to be along the lines of.......good weather, only 1 distance marker and 1 water station. Oh yes, and every runner bar 1 achieved a pb.

.........Ok I made the last bit upWink

Hi SP

I'm having an off-phase with running and writing, unfortunately. Am actually off work this week, so I should be at both, hammer & tongs. But I'm not...

My very slow Brighton time was 63 minutes on my watch.

Will get round to writing it up soon.

Cheers

Andy
