Legends of the Long Run

Steepler recently joined the Facebook group Legends of the Long Run.
This is a fascinating compendium of the great and the downright awesome from the history of long distance running and home to some lively debate as to who should and should not be included.

I felt compelled to add my old sparring partner and fellow Almerian atheleta Tegla Loroupe to the site. According to Wiki she still holds the 20, 25 and 30k world records and held the 26.2 record for a while before you-know-who redefined the sport. Here's her full PB history at the IAAF website.
