I've been talking to Nigel recently about making some changes to the site, partly because there's a lot of interesting writing on the forum that we're worried may just get lost among the general traffic. It also fits in with the current spirit of
perestroika.
I'm keen to have more of a mix of stuff on the main site, so thought it was worth moving some of Nigel's impressive body of work to the site-proper. So anyway, I thought this might be a timely point to ask anyone who wants to have a go at writing anything more general/reflective about running - or about anything else, come to that - to please do so.
