Yeah,

Steve was in good form without any gels. I managed to keep up on 1 - covered
the route apart from NF, YBR, W & Castle Hill - the worse bits.
It was a good pace and tees us up nicely, with a little taper before Sunday's full assault.
Hope to improve on my 3hrs 20mins of last year after 4 weeks training.

Look forward 2 seeing everybody there - will be @ JS to get my number tom.
I won't be able to get out of it then !!
