I'm not going to get round to writing up the details of today's run until tomorrow, but in brief, I had a disappointing day.

I did get a 10 minute PB but I found the experience of running at SIlverstone a bit... uninteresting.

Commiserations to Ian, who apparently had to pull out of his half through injury.

A report should appear by the end of Monday.
