I've just filled the calendar up with the BHTT 5k!!

I will add more races when I have decided what I am doing. So far I only have Almeria in my 2009 race diary!!

Is there anyway that we can have a 'I'm running this race' button so that we can see who is doing each race in the calendar?? I'm not trying to avoid anyone - promise!!

Thanks LR -- Adding that sort of "Watch out, there's a Sweder about" functionality would require more programming ability than I have, unfortunately. Workround: for individual events, the best lower-tech option would be for individual runners to edit the event details to add a note saying that they are planning to run it. This doesn't work well with your BHTT listing because anything added to one, updates them all. But should be fine for one-offs. To edit an event, you click on the "Event options" dropdown ans you should see Edit Event. If you don't, let me know and I'll check your permissions.
