Dear Andy,
I confirm you tath you are not alone, specially regarding mortage. Anyway, all the important things in life have not price or are not valuables.

Well. As Christmas Day projet, after helping with the turkey, I wil enter the Almería HM (for pasta's dinner) and the 10 K.
I didn't run, but I do not mind if I make a fool of myself before Spain and the whole Commonwealth.
