April 2009 – The Final Countdown
And so the tumbleweeds blow through Main Street, Taper Town.

Packed off my last tempo run (8 miles), my last double-digit longun (12), and last night a blissfully gentle easy 3 miles (I even got home before dark).

Now all eyes turn towards Boston, for a foretaste of the joy and pain that await us a week later...
