Errr, at the bottom of the page when typing a post is a doodah called, Attach file

Click on "Browse" and you can locate wherever in your hard drive the pic is stored.

If file is too big you have to resize it. Nigel kindly showed me how to do this, let me or he know if you need to know. (or Andy you could change the software settings to allow bigger files!)
