I have no idea how to do that
I'm sure it's incredibly simple for techies. Sadly I struggle to get my knuckles out of the dust.

It needs a bit of effort, as it's not something you're meant to be able to do with iPlayer etc. You need some software that will record streaming audio (e.g. RIP Vinyl, Audacity). Then just set the software to record, start iPlayer, and go away for the duration of the programme. Then when you come back, you have an mp3 waiting to be listened to. I guess it's about as legal as recording programmes off the telly.

By the way, I resent your suggestion that knuckle-dragging represents some lack of evolutionary refinement.

Panic over, anyway. Just polished off a light lunch of steady and kidney pie, egg and bacon sarnie, and choccy bar. Appetite has returned - always a good sign.

Funnily enough, yes. We have the option to slacken off the resistance on the bikes at any stage (or for an entire session), and to remain in the saddle when Bridge screams 'up!'. Of course you have to pay the forfeit. :S

... which probably prevents you from sitting down in the saddle anyway...
