Thank you MLCM - hopefully all will go well. It's a 20km race but for some strange reason we have been selected to race a 10km within the 20km. I have been umming and ahhing for the past couple of weeks about what to do here. Whether to go flat out for 10km then try and carry one or drop out.
At this stage I have decided to finish at 10km but really go for it and try and beat my Masters 40 pb of 53:36. Well this is my plan for Sunday but on the day I can't guarantee that I'm not mad enough to still carry on for the 20km!!!
Since the 100 mile relay I have been struggling with tiredness in my legs and been feeling slightly under the weather!!
