Well cheers Sweder. It does feel great at the moment - running well and feeling very fit. Still some way to go however, and improvement is getting harder as the body slows down a tad. Worth the effort, but.
This morning was another 10km splod (sprint/plod) along the highway at 4 a.m. before work. You know you're running very early in the morning when you pass more TVs than people. Such was the case today - I passed two walkers (the same two walkers I frequently see on these outings) and four television sets - all of them CRT-types dumped by the roadside.
A sign of the times, perhaps?
Anyway, a reasonable outing. It felt as if it should have been a course PB, but it wasn't quite that. Good pace though.
