Do you know the date of the 2013 P2P? Nothing on the website but wondered if there's a formula e.g. always the 3rd Sunday in November.

Sweder asked me exactly that question, so I asked the race director, and here's his answer:

The P2P is always run on the same weekend as the Hobart Xmas Pageant and is dictated a bit by that...Having said that it has been on the same weekend for a number of years now.

So I would say with fair confidence that the 2013 P2P will be held on Sunday 17th November, although I cannot guarantee that until we confirm with Tasmania Police later in the year.

It would be fairly safe to plan for that date though.
