There doesn't seem to be much activity in the diaries of late so I thought I'd share some secrets from the Rookettes changing rooms. We're modelling our half time team talks on those used recently at the Dewsbury Rams rugby club.

Should be fun.

BTW we won our County Cup semi-final on Sunday (my third match in the dugout), a scrappy 1-0 affair that gets us into the final v Brighton & Hove Albion WFC (played at Sussex FA HQ, Lancing FC). I will be leading the team out on March 14th. Wish us luck.
