Well I've jumped back on the horse after twenty long days off with a slow, formless but entirely satisfying 10 kilometres. Now to lead the horse to greener pastures. Am I mixing my metaphors? Whatever... Dodgy It's good to be back, especially after missing the Sydney Half Marathon, needlessly as it transpires. Oh well.

Track du Jour: This has featured before, but well, hey, it's a great track and a beaut one to run into some form to.

Run. Just run.
