June... my goodness how the time has flewn

I'm only posting this to shame the rest of you into action (apart from Glaconman, who seems to keep himself very occupied in the running department).  

Keen to keep to plan, I went out this lunchtime for a series of hill sprints.  There's a nice steep hill just out the back of where I live.  The steepest bit is just over 100 metres long and provides an excellent, traffic free spot, ready made for completely buggering myself up.

5 sprints up and I was on my knees.  Great stuff.
