You are starting to worry me with all this talk about training. I hadn’t even considered a training plan, or programme, or weekly targets or indeed doing anything materially different to what is my normal pattern. I.e. running up and down hills trying to avoid a coronary thrombosis.
Additionally, from what I am increasingly realising, the training required has little to do with running and much more to do with the ability to sink copious amounts of Rioja. With this in mind I have created and embarked on a serious programme of training. Cheers.
