I reckon you'll be right as rain come the big day.
Your training seems to have gone about as well as (if not better than) everyone else here - great February, shocking March (or in your case, second half). Still, your recent times are excellent, and barring major mishaps I think you'll be Johnny On The Spot for a 3:30 debut.

And yes, I am a freak. Though not a terribly quick one compared to some. I just love hills. Andy is also right about the 'enforced' rest - it could be a blessing in disguise.
