Glad to hear you bounced back in style after the midweek toughie.
Your extra day's rest ploy should be an early taper taster - after a couple of weeks throttling back and the last with feet up and carbs a-loading you'll feel like a million bucks. Just watch the carb loading - you may end up asking for one more vest Wink
