Griff, good to hear from you.

I've just posted an entry committing myself to the Bristol Half as a staging post on the way to the Dublin marathon in October.

No, I've not yet entered but I will do - tomorrow.

Looks like we're in this together mate, so we'd better keep each other updated. Are you going to follow a training plan? Or just playing it by ear?
