West Highland Way race documentary
One of my friends who ran the WHW had a video documentary made of his WHW race. I couldn't run it this year after developing a metatarsal stress fracture in training which didn't heal in time for me to sensibly attempt the race. I did however act as back-up for another runner. Along the way I met up with my friend and ran with him for a few miles.

If you paste the link in to the "open URL" box of Windows media player you
should be able to watch it. (It'll work in some browsers too).
