Ripped it last night and listening in the car this morning. Makes ya proud, don't it?

The excitement is building now. But no hint of taper madness for me; started feeling a touch fluey yesterday afternoon so was tucked up on the sofa last night with sweet tea and mindless trawling through the BBC election web pages. I'm pretty confident it will pass, so don't worry about dramatic last-minute pull-outs. Even if I don't run this week, I'll get in a couple of sharpeners next week to get me to the line.

Take it steady in the spin class, Sweder. I know how Bridge gets you worked up into a masochistic frenzy. (A great character you've developed there... wonder if she's real?) Can you get away with taking a walk break every 10 mins in a spin class?
