Not a lot of running this week after the half on Sunday, but 2 useful, if very painful visits to the physio - an elbow applied with what seemed to to be her full and not inconsiderable body wieght to my left buttock proved to be the most memorable. Gym visit on Sunday when I ran on the treaddy for the entire second half of the United Middlesborough match - "Oh Dear" is the only comment I to make on that shambolic match. More physio booked for this week - wish me luck.
Phew this is hard work !

I thought it was a cracking match, even if I had to listen to it via an on-off DAB on the train from Glasgow to Kings X. Many thanks to Queasyjet for cancelling all their London flights because of a bit of snow by the way

I take it as a compliment that teams play out of their skins to beat the Rowdies. It was ever thus for the Champions - I remember so-called lesser teams busting a gut to beat Chelski in recent years. Alves looks the real deal; I hope Boro can hang on to him. He might win them something next year.

The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph
