December ('tis the season)

RE: December ('tis the season)
Don't worry about a little seasonal indulgence. You have the ultimate fat-burning system at your disposal. Enjoy the last of the mince pies, but hit the ground running in January and the pounds will fall off when you resume your normal intake. How great it is to have this activity on hand, to ward off some of the sloth and offset a few slices of Christmas cake.

Good to hear from you Sweder, hope you're over the infection. It wasn't clear whether it was the flu that was ugly, or the man...?

Do you have the all-clear to do a bit of running? Good news that you've kept the bike sessions up.
