I'm glad you managed to enter, Charlie.

As I'm on a 127 bpm, it's going to take me three days and a few hours to run the half marathon.  It's hard to keep it at 130bpm, especially at interval training.

I think I managed to enter the 9k race.  And now I'll have to start training!  Still haven't had surgery on my knee, so haven't been running much.  But will get out there and start training, with the hope that my surgery will be after I come back from this trip so that I can run at least the 9k race. Sure looking forward to seeing everyone!

Thanks for link - never heard this term used in context of T-shirts before. But (pace Marlon Brando in Streetcar Named Desire) I get what it means now. I would strongly advise Almeria folks not to use the term though!

Hi guys.

I've entered myself and Richard (my boyfriend) in to the Half Marathon. I was trying to be clever and do a multiple entry which I did successfully, but I didn't order us a goodie bag each. Instead I ordered us both an Asics commemorative t-shirt each for 10 euros. Oh well we have a t-shirt and it looks very nice.
