Post NY Pre FLM.....
Thanks for the comments guys.

I have not run a yard in the three weeks since New York, and it's not, this time around, through lack of desire.

I already have a new goal in the FLM next year, as well as being part of the RunningCommentary Overseas Team (ROT! Eek ) to see off those Spaniards at the end of January.

I still have an annoying pain at the back of both legs behind the knees. Weird dull ache really. My private medical insurance has a GP helpline, and I've just come off the phone from the doc who suggests a bit of physio may be in order, so I now have to go and see my own GP to get a referral.

My first real running injury!

improves soon, nothing like a bit of physio to sort out the running limbs, make sure you choose one who specialises in sporting/running injuries though, they will be a t least sympatheitc to your plight and aim to get tyou back on track asap.
Phew this is hard work !

It's probably better NOT to get physiotherapy done over the phone Big Grin

Yo SP. I suffered severe back-of-the-knees pain after the FLM this year - lasted about a month. However, I found a concerted, dedicated use of Guinness helped this niggle to receed. Enjoy.
